Blends
Several essential oil blends are available. I've given each blend a name to hint at its contents and possible uses. (How you use a blend is a very personal choice, as we each react to scents differently.) The most popular of these blends are "packaged" in a "Travel Kit".
Travel Kits include three "potions" of essential oils blended for several "travel" applications. The three blends are packaged in a small cigar box. Following is a brief description of each.
Jet Lag Upper (Roll on)
AKA Drowsy Driver, Car Sick Stopper
Ingredients: peppermint, lemongrass, rosemary, tangerine, juniper, cedar, patchouli, almond oil
Jet Lag Downer (Roll on)
AKA Nighty Nite
Ingredients: cedar, patchouli, bergamot, rosewood, lavender, cypress, almond oil
Travel Room Revitalizer (Spray bottle—2 oz)
AKA: Lung Opener, Hand Sanity
Ingredients: peppermint, eucalyptus, pine, tea tree, bergamot, alcohol

Quit It! (roll on)
AKA: Spicy Calm
Ingredients: black pepper, bergamot, grapefruit, cedar, patchouli, marjoram, almond oil
(Note: black pepper essential oil has been shown effective to curb nicotine cravings.)
Sleepy Time Spray (glass spray bottle—2 oz)
This spray contains the "jet lag downer" blend, which some folks insist helps them get a good night's rest. The spray is meant to be sprayed onto your pillow or near your sleepy head.
